A. MANILA TO LONDON PASSENGERS
From 09 JANUARY 2022, the following travel guidelines shall be followed for travel to England:
A. Fully vaccinated travelers (if qualified under the fully vaccinated rules for travel to England):
• Before departure:
o Book and pay for a day 2 COVID-19 PCR test – to be taken after arrival in England. Click link to book and pay Covid-19 Test: https://www.gov.uk/find-travel-test-provider.
o Complete a passenger locator form – to be completed in the 48 hours before you arrive in England. You will need to enter your COVID-19 test booking reference number on your passenger locator form. Click link for the Passenger locator Form: https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
• On the day of departure, present vaccine certificate to prove your vaccination.
• After you arrive in England you must take a COVID-19 PCR test. This is the test that you booked before travel.
• You can take the test any time after you arrive and before the end of day 2 at the latest. The day you arrive is day 0.
o If your test result is positive, you must self-isolate.
o If your lateral flow test result is positive, you must also take a PCR test.
B. Unvaccinated/Partially vaccinated/Recovered from COVID-19 travelers:
• Before departure:
o Present a negative COVID-19 test – to be taken in the 2 days before you travel to England.

• On the day of departure, present all the required health and other travel requirements
• After you arrive in England you must:

o take your pre-booked COVID-19 test on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 – you must book these tests before you travel. Click link to book and pay Covid-19 Test: https://www.gov.uk/find-travel-test-provider
• If you are in England for less than 10 days, you need to quarantine for the time you are here. You need to book day 2 and day 8 travel tests. You only need to take the tests if you are still in England on those days.

• Fully vaccinated means that you have had a complete course of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before you arrive in England. The day you had your final dose does not count as one of the 14 days.

• Approved vaccines: you must have had a complete course of one of the following vaccines at least 14 days before you arrive in England:
o Oxford/AstraZeneca
o Pfizer BioNTech
o Moderna
o Janssen
o Formulations of these vaccines, such as AstraZeneca Covishield, AstraZeneca Vaxzevria and Moderna Takeda, also qualify as approved vaccines.
Note: The day you have your final dose does not count as one of the 14 days.

• Vaccine certificates only: If you use a vaccine certificate as proof, it must be issued by a national or state-level public health authority, be in English, French or Spanish, and include as a minimum:
o your forename and surname(s)
o your date of birth
o vaccine brand and manufacturer
o date of vaccination for every dose
o country or territory of vaccination and/or certificate issuer

• Providing false or deliberately misleading information when filling out your passenger locator form is an offence punishable by imprisonment.
• The test certificate will be available in English, French and Spanish from the outset. Overseas providers can utilize their own certificate provided it encompasses all the UK required data fields. Evidence of certificate can be via hard copy or digital means.

• All travelers will still be required to complete a Passenger Locator Form before arrival into England. A completed Passenger Locator Form includes a unique reference number and a QR code. Those who fail to complete a Passenger Locator Form will be subject to an increased fine of £500.

Please be advised that passengers into the Philippines are required to provide the following:
• All travelers should register to the Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC) including children. Declare your personal information, health status, and travel history. Register as early as 24 hours before the flight through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC. Simply click “Yes” when asked “Are your currently at the Airport of Departure or are you Departing today for the Philippines?” Accurately and completely fill-out all required fields including the e-HDC. Upon completion, please ensure to save a copy of your unique transaction number and your QR code which will be required upon check- in. Failure to present the OHP QR code may result to non-acceptance to the flight. For non-OFWs, you may also pre-pay for your RT-PCR Test. A payment portal link is available after successfully registering to the One Health Pass. If your travel plans change, you may also request for a refund of your prepaid test anytime. Please follow the refund guidelines found in the payment confirmation email. Your test will be conducted by our DOH-accredited partner, Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. Payment may also be made at the hotel on your swab day via cash in PHP or USD, card, AliPay, WeChat Pay, GCash, and PayPal.
• Pre-booked quarantine hotel accredited by Tourism and Health Agencies for at least 10 days*
• RT-PCR Test on the 7th day of arrival/quarantine (at traveler’s expense, except for OFWs, which shall be shouldered by OWWA/LMAs)*
