Turkish Airlines Inaugurated Cebu’s First Direct Connection to Europe

Six years after Turkish Airlines added Manila to its network, The Airlines starting last January 3, 2022 is now connecting Cebu with Europe via three reciprocal flights that will run every week between Istanbul and Cebu with a stop in the country’s capital city – Manila with below schedule:

Cebu City, also known as “Queen City of the South”, is the oldest city in the Philippines. Historically, this is where the initial battle between the Filipinos and Spaniards took place. The city was established immediately by the Spanish explorer Ferdinand Magellan in 1521. Rich in culture and natural resources, the island of Cebu boasts of some of the Philippines’ oldest and treasured traditions, festivals, and famed tourist spots of pristine beaches that have been a constant favorite of tourists from all over the world.
